Built for teams

Who onsite training is for.

Anywhere a group of people gathers regularly and someone should know what to do when things go wrong. We routinely train for:

🏢

Corporate offices

Compliance-ready certification for your safety team, HR, and floor staff. On-site, in one afternoon.

Churches & ministries

Ushers, small-group leaders, kids ministry volunteers. Everyone confident to act when a Sunday goes sideways.

🏫

Schools & daycares

Faculty, coaches, admin, and staff certified together with FL DCF-recognized cards where required.

💪

Gyms & fitness teams

Trainers, front-desk staff, group instructors. Cardiac events happen in gyms. Be the ones who don't freeze.

🏗️

Construction & jobsite crews

Foremen, safety leads, and crew certified with OSHA-relevant cards. We come to the yard.

🎓

Nonprofits & community orgs

Volunteer coordinators, program staff, board members. Group rates that fit tight budgets.

Turnkey, we handle everything

What we bring on-site.

A conference room, break room, sanctuary, or empty warehouse floor is all we need. We arrive with everything to run the class: manikins, AED trainers, materials, documentation, cards. Your team just shows up.

  • Adult, child, and infant manikins

Enough for hands-on practice at a 3:1 ratio per manikin type taught.

  • AED training devices

Every student practices pads-on, shock-clear on a real training AED.

  • Instructors, not lecturers

Working firefighters, EMTs, and first responders. Certified through AHA, American Red Cross, and Medic First Aid.

  • Every card commonly required

Choose per-student: AHA, MEDIC First Aid, or our own training-center card. All verifiable online.

  • Documentation for HR / compliance

Roster, per-student completion records, and PDF certificates delivered to your admin.

  • English or Spanish, or both

Mixed-language groups (20+) can split sections in each language, no translator needed.

The difference on-site

Not a compliance checkbox. Real confidence for your team.

01

Career responders teach

The people leading your class have run CPR calls on real people. That perspective shows up in every drill and every story shared.

02

Confidence guarantee

Every student leaves measurably more confident, or we refund their seat. See the promise.

03

Built around you

Half-day, full-day, split sessions across shifts, quarterly cadence for high-turnover teams. Your calendar drives ours.

How it works

Three steps from "quote please" to certified team.

  1. 1

    Request a quote

Tell us your headcount, preferred timeframe, language, and which card format you need. We reply within one business day with a per-student quote.

  2. 2

    Lock the date

Once you approve the quote, we send an invoice and secure your date on the calendar. Half up-front, half on completion, or full up-front if that's simpler.

  3. 3

    We show up, teach, certify

We arrive with all equipment, run the class, evaluate each student on the skills rubric, and hand off the roster and cards. Your admin gets HR-ready records.

Quick answers

Common onsite questions.

What's the minimum group size?
Generally 6 students. Smaller groups are still possible; the per-seat price approaches our group classroom rate.
How far do you travel?
Standard area is Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties. For groups outside that range, contact us. We may accommodate with a travel surcharge for the right size group.
Can you certify across multiple shifts?
Yes. Split sessions across morning, afternoon, and evening are common for retail, healthcare, and manufacturing groups. Same day or spread across a week.
Are the cards accepted by our HR / regulator?
Yes for most roles. You pick which issuing body per student: AHA, Red Cross, or Medic First Aid. Most schools accept training center cards and certification cards recognized by the State of Florida. For any further questions please contact us.
What if we need recurring training?
We set up quarterly or bi-annual cadences for teams with turnover. Rate locks and calendar reservations at signup.
